I have over 20 years’ experience in marketing, interior design, and real estate sales. Coming from a construction management and design background, I know the inner workings of homes and condos. We have purchased and renovated many properties over the years from complete renovations, teardowns, Victorian restorations, bathroom and kitchen re-designs, all finishing and millwork, electrical, plumbing… and the list goes on. Jennifer McInnis

I have been an assistant to Ashley since 2006, and as our business grew, so did my part. In 2013 I became a licenced agent with Royal LePage Estate Realty and am thrilled to have expanded my role into client care. I have years of experience in the legal field, as well as construction management for our own personal and client building projects, sourcing all finishes, staging listings, providing trades for clients and ensuring clients are cared for every step of the way. I am committed to ensuring every detail is taken care of and every client feels like our only client.
